| 1 Pack | Plain Jelly |
| 130 g | Granulated Sugar |
| 400 g | Water |
| 35 g | Colatta Drinking Chocolate |
| 150 ml | Water |
| 70 ml | Raspberry Juice |
| 50 ml | Soda Water |
Heat water, sugar and lemongrass until boiling, remove the lemongrass stalks.
Add plain jelly, stir until mixed and boil again, drain.
Cool until hard, cut into cubes.
Dissolve the drinking chocolate with water, then pour it into a glass.
Add the diced lemongrass jelly, add the raspberry puree, then pour the soda into the glass, stir slowly.
Garnish with cherries.
