Sparkling Iced Chcoco Drink

Ingredients:

1 Pack Plain Jelly
130 g Granulated Sugar
400 g Water
35 g Colatta Drinking Chocolate
150 ml Water
70 ml Raspberry Juice
50 ml Soda Water

Methods:

Heat water, sugar and lemongrass until boiling, remove the lemongrass stalks.

Add plain jelly, stir until mixed and boil again, drain.

Cool until hard, cut into cubes.

Dissolve the drinking chocolate with water, then pour it into a glass.

Add the diced lemongrass jelly, add the raspberry puree, then pour the soda into the glass, stir slowly.

Garnish with cherries.
