| 100 g | Colatta Drinking Chocolate |
| 330 g | Water |
| 300 g | Haan Whiptopp BD |
| 10 g | Coffee Powder |
| 200 ml | Water |
| 15 g | Haan Maizena |
Dissolve Colatta Drinking Chocolate with water.
Mix with whipped cream until well blended, then freeze in the freezer.
Boil coffee with water, then add cornstarch, stir until well mixed and thickened.
Arrange the fruit that has been cut into small pieces into a glass.
Add 2 scoops of Semifreddo, drizzle with coffee sauce and garnish with chocolate sticks.
