Ingredient: Sugar, Vegetable fat, Cocoa powder, Cocoa mass, Emulsifier : Soya lecithin, Natural vanila flavour.

Allergen information:  Contain allergen, see ingredients in Bold. Manufactured using equipment that also processes tree nuts, milk, soya, gluten and egg.

Direction of Use

  1. Chop the blok into small pieces. Put it in a stainless steel bowl.
  2. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (au bain marie). Keep water hot, but evoid oveheat and the water/ steam does not get into the chocolate.
  3. Stir with spatula/spoon until all chocolate melt.

Suggestion melting for microwave:

Heat with high temperature for 1,5 minutes, chocolate ready to use.

● For best result:

  1. Melting temperature : 40-45°C
  2. Moulding temperature : 33-35ËšC
